Delicious

Ummm, Um, Um, ....nothing says "Greece' more than that delicious smell of freshly grilled squid or octopus wafting over the seaside cafes of any Greek isle harbor. Freshly grilled with a little olive oil, add a quick squeeze of lemon and oh my oh my - what a delicious treat. Throw in the iciest, coldest bottle of Mythos beer possible and in that moment one could not conceive of any greater pleasure. If it is lunchtime in Greece - you know where to find me. I'm salivating now just thinking about it! Off to the market for a little Octopus!

I think I'd prefer squid over the octopus, though I like the octopus when it's a sushi. Hehe.

Your description sure does make this squid delicious. I love calamari. It'll be quite an experience to have it this Greek way.

  28. I can't say that I would eat the squid or octopus but, your picture is perfect.

I looked down your page and found so many photos I liked that I will have to come back here again.

That poem about the fallen trees is beautiful. Did you write that or was it by Pablo Neruda like another commenter mentioned? Either way, thanks for sharing that.

    Have a nice day.

  29. Hi Michelle,

That was definitely Neruda. I hope it still says so at the top.

    Thanks for stopping by.
