I'm in Portugal, that tiny little country near Spain. That was some luck I got there. With the shot I mean. Told you before, but I'll say it again. Your photos are just great. I love this one quite a lot. And that one of the dune, it´s magnificent.
Thank you for your sweet gift today. I love that picture and it does compliment my poem well, TR. What an honor to stop by and see a picture dedicated to me and my blog. Thanks again. I will be back to read/ comment on a couple of posts below this one later. Have a nice day. Happy WW~
Ah, west of Santa Fe. That's some gorgeous country out there. The last I was there, I'd taken the back road from Los Alamos to Albaquerque. It was winter and bunch of people were out cross-country skiing. Still makes me jealous to think of it.
Your photographs are amazing. Did you wait for the light, or did it just happen?
Wow T.R. that is a gorgeous picture. Just stunning. I don't know how you do it... how you travel all the time. I'm about to go out of my mind! Wish me luck I'm going through Chicago again on my way home....
sorry that was my comment deleted.. I had to fix my spelling!
What magnificent color! All I can photograph right now is white, some black on trees, and more white. So this photo is such a treat for me. The moon is spectacular. I'm wondering how long you had to sit and wait for the perfect time here.
I could have sworn that was Utah.
ReplyDeleteWhere in New Mexico is this?
Tent Rocks just west of the bajada between Santa Fe and Albuquerque

ReplyDeleteThanks Quin -- I love your site as well. The dune photo was not mine -- I needed a footprint in the desert for the story. But thanks!
