Goodnight Moon

Goodnight Moon
Goodnight mourning dove
Goodnight little park where I live with the yellow-crowned night herons
It's here
where I walk my dogs
every night
dodging fireflies
in the dusk.
I will miss you
now living
upside down

in
China
and when I think of you
you
will look
like this:

Sky Watch is here

  5. Now that is a well framed shot with such great color! When I bigified it there are speckles all over it, was it raining?

  11. Lovely photo & poem. Reminds me of when I was in New Zealand & I literally had to look at the night sky upside down for it to make sense in my brain.
