You know it's funny, because on one of my blogs I did a post called "the many faces of the Sandias" and it consisted totally of photos I took from my front porch.
The pink at night, the mountains shrouded in winter clouds, the mountains against a stark blue sky, the mountains at moonrise... and I'm always amazed at the different qualities the same subject has at different times.
This photo just reminded me of that, how something we might take for granted is rendered differently by the light and atmosphere...
BTW, my travel site has just changed names, but is still up in it's entirety. I had some problems with trolls from my other blog, but you can find it at http://katsroad.blogspot.com
