Harvest Moon
taken
outside of
Joshua Tree National Park
October 3, 2009
during the Great Western Road Trip

And again
the next night
the Solstice Full Moon
rising almost a half hour later
than the night before
coming up over the
Little San Bernardino Mountains
October 4, 2009

I have a book called Baby Wants the Moon that I read to Juliette when she was little. WE bought it for her at that outlet mall in Stroud. The baby looks so much like the Super Bridgy. In the book, the baby wants to eat the moon, so every fall, I now think of the Harvest Moon as delicious. I could eat it. Your photography sings a ballad everytime.
