The richness of colors is amazing--such intensity that, I would imagine, is felt in the spiritual, as well as physical?

LOVE the Buddhas. I have several small ones in my home but would love to do something similar to your first photo. Very peaceful & soothing on a frantic Wed. Thanks, as always, for sharing the Journey.

Blessed be...

The colors are pretty intense in the first photo. Looks like you're on an exotic journey. Looking forward to seeing what you encounter in Angkor Wat.

@Nina - everything physical here permeates the spiritual. It as if everything was specifically designed to frolic with the senses.

@OKFarmgirl - make sure you feed them flowers.

Very nice! I LOVE that top photo! The colors excite, even as the Buddha calms.

Hey, Tim, can you bring me back those cobalt blue vases? You could just tuck them into your carry on bag. Right? Seriously, it is a beautiful photograph, and I know your travels were always exciting (at least to us stuck in snowy, freakin' cold Oklahoma).~~Dee

Oh Tim, now you are in my dream country. Something about a serene Buddha.. My house is full of Buddhas and decorated in a Far east theme, from geisha girls to Blue Willow china. My catholic Mom says my house looks like a Buddhist Shrine. Maybe someday I could go with you somewhere. Having never traveled, I'd feel real safe with you. :)
